AGREEMENT TO CHILD & VULNERABLE ADULT PROTECTION POLICIES

For all PALS Associates (including Guests/Visitors):

Please be sure to complete ALL sections to have the form fully completed, including attaching a copy of your passport (non-Vietnamese) or ID (Vietnamese). Other forms of IDs may be acceptable if you are not physically visiting our program sites.

I agree with the principles contained therein and agree to implement and promote the procedures and practices contained within this document while working or associated with Pacific Links Foundation.

  • Employed Staff & interns – disciplinary action
  • Contractors – termination of contract
  • Board of Directors – termination of Board membership
  • Visitors/Guests & Volunteers– ending the relationship with Pacific Links Foundation
  • Partners - withdrawal of funding/support and ending of the relationship with the Foundation
